Writing Myth #17 – Writing Requires Sacrifice
Well to be perfectly honest, what doesn’t involve some level of sacrifice? Every choice you make means something needs to change. It’s all how you look at the choice. It’s only a sacrifice if you perceive it that way.
Yes, you will have to make choices between writing and going out with friends or sleeping an hour longer. But what makes the choice worth it? It’s the end result you’re working toward and achieving it. That’s what makes it all worth it.
